Ensure timely update to the client and management on performance.
Take steps to mitigate any potential risks in managing a business project.
Efficiently handle the client service team to ensure client satisfaction.
Liaise with the operations team.
Monitor, track & evaluate performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Performance management & People management to maintain steady business operations.
Identify areas of improvement & conduct coaching & feedback sessions to improve on performance.
Highlight cases where support is required from client for reduction of TAT.
Prepare and follow through glide path required for business improvement.
