Job Responsibilities:
1. Asset Supervision
2. Stores Non Medical - Supervision, Issue and indent process
3. Stores Medical - Will be trained to work with required knowledge.
4. Meet and maintain system stock and physical stock verification/status
5 Asset movements supervision within premises
6. Maintain Indent, DC and GRN receipts in line with accounts requirement.
7. Need to attend on emergency requirements arise on holidays
8. Verification of indent to Purchase to Good Receipt to store inventory to issue process.
9. Maintain minimum stock with supplier lead time corrections on all purchase
10.Rejection due to quality issues to be reported and confirm with accounts to create a debit on supplier
11.Report on Stock status weekly
12.Return of non moving materials and reduce the material obsolete loss.
13. Knowledge of inventory software usage.
